Designed for a family with a love of traditional architecture, entertaining, and art, this 6,000-square-foot Tudor residence balances elegance with comfortable everyday living. Formal spaces at the front transition to a generous great room at the rear, where a spacious kitchen, family room, and sunroom connect to the landscaped backyard. Four bedrooms occupy the second floor, while the basement extends the home with a wine cellar, playroom, gym, and guest suite.

The great room forms the heart of the home, where a kitchen with double islands and a family room anchored by a fireplace and a custom arched bookcase—a hallmark of traditional Tudor architecture—create a warm and inviting setting for everyday family life. French doors fill the space with natural light and frame views of the landscaped backyard, while the adjacent sunroom offers a quiet retreat, perfect for reading, conversation, or simply enjoying the changing seasons.

A sense of connection

The formal living spaces are defined by a series of graceful arches that create subtle thresholds between rooms, framing views while reinforcing the sense of progression and connection throughout the home. The ample staircase serves as the architectural centerpiece of the home, where a large skylight draws natural light through the core of the house, illuminating every level, including the basement.

A refined retreat

The primary bathroom was designed as a private retreat. A freestanding soaking tub positioned between two walk-in showers creates a sense of symmetry, openness, and quiet luxury, while separate vanities and enclosed water closets provide comfort and privacy for everyday living.
