Located along the Georgia Avenue corridor, this five-story residential building offers a mix of studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments. Two internal courtyards are integrated into the building’s footprint, bringing natural light and operable windows to every bedroom while creating bright and comfortable residences throughout. The project combines efficient urban living with a range of unit types designed to accommodate different household needs and budgets. A portion of the residences will participate in the DC Housing Authority’s Housing Choice Voucher Program, expanding access to housing within this growing urban corridor.
