This five-story wood construction building has a mix of studios, 1 bedroom and 2-bedroom apartment. The building is located on the Georgia Ave. corridor and was designed with two internal courtyards to provide natural light and operable windows to all bedrooms. This project received building permit approvals and its planned to start construction in early 2024. A certain percentage of the units will be rented through the DC Housing Authority Housing Choice Voucher Program.
