Axis Architects designed and provided permit drawings for this rear and 3rd floor addition to this single family detached home. The rear home addition provided a light filled new kitchen with a butler’s pantry and a spacious family room. The 3rd floor addition was achieved by modifying the existing roof. The new space at the 3rd floor provides a home office, guest bedroom bathroom and balcony looking at the rear year.
